Culture: During the Keltic reign the Planet Calvak, the Keltics after the founding of their Empire focus on Law and Order. Since they were in peace for a long period of time they created advance Technology's and was leading in Art and their peaceful way of life. After the fall of the Keltic Empire, many countries were influenced by them greatly, examples would be; The Linktony Empire or the Moundas Empire and many more.

Largest City: The largest city in the Empire is located just west of Falgrey on Planet Calvak. The city was known as Gelloid and was on the coast of the Keltic Sea.

How its run: The empire is runned by a Vectropus(Emperor), long ago it the Vectropus used to give his titles to his eldest son. But, through out the years that didn't work out to well so it became a elected monarch. The Vectropus had two Councils, the Upper Council and the Imperial Council, both councils worked together to support the Vectropus' decisions. The Vectropus was also one of the High senators in the Keltic Supreme Senate. The Supreme Senate was like the congress figure in the Keltic Empire. But, the Vectropus still had more power over them.

Keltic High Councils: 
Keltic Upper Council: The State Council was the supreme state advisory body to the Vectropus in the Keltic Empire. Early Vectropus' Councils were small and dealt primarily with the external politics. This Council dissolved in 4101 B.C.F. when the Empire fell.

Keltic Imperial Council: The State Legislative Council or the Imperial Legislator was a legislative assembly in the late Keltic Empire, which held its meetings in the Palace of Keleth in Falgrey. It was convened 50 times between 7890 and the collapse of the Empire in 4101. The Imperial Legislator was dissolved in the beginning of 4101, two months before the end of the Keltic Empire.

Keltic Senate: The Keltic Senate was a political institution in ancient Falgrey. It was one of the most enduring institutions in Keltic history, being established in the first days of the city (traditionally founded in the 1,916th Millennium B.C.F.). It survived the overthrow of the kings in 1,787th Millennium B.C.F., the fall of the Keltic Empire in the 4th Millennium B.C.F., and the Linktinian rule of Falgrey in the 4th, 3rd, and 2nd millenniums.

Military Power:  The military of the Keltics was an advance, experienced, and large powerful group. The military started with swords and wooden ships during the conquest of the Keltic Kings before the Empire. Later, the Keltics became respected and powerful due to the technology they created over time. But, because they were in peace for such a long time the Keltic Empire's military lacked on strategy. This got them to lose the war that dissovled the Keltic Empire.

  Keltic (Ocean) Navy: The Keltic Ocean fleets stretched as far as the eye could see all over the Endless ocean of Planet Calvack. Started with wooden ships holding only a few cannons, it envoled into a big heavy metal warship that held super rail guns and can destroy a space destroyer with ease. But, the Keltic Ocean Navy dissolved in 4101 B.C.F.

   Keltic (Space) Navy: The Keltic Space Fleets at the time was the best generally because they were the first to explore the reaches of space, with their advanced Space Fleets the Keltics was able to colonize on another planet called Fort Flezdent. This fort is the strong fort in all of the Utoga universe. The Keltic Space Navy dissolved in 4101 B.C.F.

  Keltic Airforce: The Keltic Airforce consisted of mostly spacecraft in the Empires later years, in the beginnig of the Airforce the Keltics only had tri-planes that couldn't do very much, but in its later years the Keltics had spacecrafts that could do just about anything. The Keltic Airforce dissolved in 4101 B.C.F.

  Keltic Army: The Keltic Army was the oldest of them all, they started from sword men and became a elite proffesional force of Super soldiers, with their extremely powerful technology. Sadly, since they didn't have a good strategy, they lost the war which caused, the Keltic Army to dissolve in 4101 B.C.F.

Religious Beliefs: The Keltic Gods, after the fall of the Keltic Empire the Linktinian Reformed the Keltic Gods that created the Linktinian Orthodoxy.
